Once the conference contribution has been received, a formal letter of invitation from the LOC can be requested by sending an e-mail to the local administrative assistant.
To avoid delays, please make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Full name of the participant.
- Full address/institution address.
- Title of the contribution.
- Expected dates of your stay in Switzerland, possibly including participation to both EP-TM and ITPEA-EP meetings.
Note: If your VISA application requires Personal Information included in the invitation letter (e.g. date of birth, passport number), please communicate that information directly via email to Dace Stiebrina. Do not share that information with other members of the LOC or of the ITPEA-EP Committee!
Registered participants are advised to apply for VISA no later than 3 months prior to the conference.
