Participants are kindly asked to make their own arrangements for accommodation during the meeting – whether is Hotel, B&B, or other choices. The map below shows Hotels within convenient distance from the EP-TM meeting site, either by foot or by public transportation.
Of note: your hotel reservation includes a complimentary Lausanne Transport Card. Please request it at reception upon arrival. This card grants you unlimited daily access to public transportation throughout the Lausanne area at no additional cost (see more details here).
On your day of arrival, you may also use public transport (metro and bus) free of charge to reach your hotel. Simply present your hotel booking confirmation along with a valid form of identification if requested.

If you prefer to stay on the EPFL campus, two convenient accommodation options are available. A number of rooms have been reserved at preferential rates for workshop participants in both hotels. Please note that each hotel has its own booking deadline, after which room availability cannot be guaranteed.
