Once the conference contribution has been received, a formal letter of invitation from the LOC can be requested by sending an e-mail to the local administrative assistant.
To avoid delays, please make sure to include the following information in your email:
- Full name of the participant
- Full address/institution address
- Title of the contribution
- Expected dates of your stay in Switzerland
Registered participants are advised to apply for VISA no later than 3 months prior to the conference.
