Participants are kindly asked to make their own arrangements for accommodation during the meeting – whether is Hotel, B&B, or other choices.
Of note: Hotel reservations include a Lausanne Transport Card with your stay (make sure you ask at the time of your reservation). The card gives you daily access to all public transportation in the Lausanne area, at no additional cost. See here for more details.

The LOC is currently negotiating discount rates with Hotels near the EP-TM venue. More information will be included on this page in the near future about Hotels, rates and deadlines for reservation under the discounted rate.
